Amazing hotel especially for the price! From the moment you step into the lobby, the ambiance of the hotel was on point. The decor, the vibes and every space smelled really nice! The rooms were clean, beds super comfy and the service was immaculate. The security in the hotel was great and the rooftop bar was hopping on the weekend. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Lima!

Overall, my experience was very positive. I especially appreciated the soundproof room and the reliable internet connection, which were essential for delivering my project successfully. However, I did encounter one negative experience regarding the 2 complimentary drinks and the 2 pisco sours I purchased at the Rooftop Bar. I waited for an hour for the drinks to be delivered to my room. After following up by dialing “0,” no update was provided for another 30 minutes. I eventually went back to the Rooftop Bar to check the status. The staff apologized and delivered the pisco sours, and they assured me that the complimentary drinks would be delivered shortly, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was truly 5‑star. Thank you.
