New hotel, which is beautiful, well staffed, and will be great once they fix some glitches. Unfortunately for our stay the pool was not open due to a maintenance issue, and none of the Cardio equipment in the gym was functioning as it had no power. I’d wait a few months until they get things all up and running, then it will be great!

Free breakfast for member was not given, pool was closed major decision for my kids to stay and swimm. I felt some kind of harassed because of the way i look or dress. Gym was closed when i wanted to use. My stayed was 2 days not 1 night. As a result, no solution was given. If i check in at 6pm on date 3rd i should leave the next day around this time.the 4th that was why i selected 2 days to leave saturday the 4. Very confusing and overcharged Very dissatisfied Now if i shoose

I recently stayed at Nhow Lima, and overall, I had a wonderful experience! The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a high-end property. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only small downside was that, as an Expedia VIP member, I had requested an upgrade (which is normally offered as part of the VIP perks), but unfortunately, the front desk wasn’t able to accommodate it during my stay even I know it’s not fully booked.While it didn’t affect my overall experience, it would have been a nice touch considering the status benefit. Aside from that, everything else was perfect — from the cleanliness to the amenities and overall vibe of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend Nhow Lima and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Lima!

This property is brand new. Everything is absolutely beautiful and the service was great. That being said, our room had a leak from the shower. For a hotel that is less than two months old, that is not a good sign. The pool was also closed. Breakfast was okay, but $45 USD is a bit high for an "okay" buffet. The hotel staff was wonderful at helping coordinate transportation from airport to hotel and back but $100 USD is A LOT.

Super hôtel à Lima

I chose Nhow Lima based on a colleague’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stylish, carefully designed interior, so beautifully inspired by Peruvian culture. Every detail felt thoughtful and full of character. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting Lima, whether for business or leisure. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the cocktails at the bar are unforgettable. I can’t wait to return on my next trip!
