Very nice hotel in a cool building with great service. We booked a suite and the room was huge but poorly designed. The shower was so small the shower door opened into the shower stream when running and you couldn’t stand in the shower to regulate the temperature without being in the stream. It made showering unnecessarily challenging. The carpet in the suite was also the hard wearing nylon type you would expect in a public building and not a luxury hotel room making it uncomfortable to walk on. The breakfast quality was also poor. Not enough fruit, terrible pastries, and eggs (boiled or omelettes) not cooked suitably.

Excelente location. The front desk and restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice and very helpful but the air conditioner was giving me a lots of trouble for 4 days of my stay. Also the light went out twice on the same day and I was never informed by the staff I had to call them and ask them about it.
