Ant infestation, they’ll lose the items you check in, and staff walks into your room by accident when you’re sleeping at 6 am while you’re in your pjs and undergarments.. food gave my friend food poisoning.. staff is unreliable and unprofessional. 0/10 bad service!

The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. They called a taxi for our return to Cusco at a cheap price, it was a very nice taxi as well. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the linens and towels have stains on them. The staff said it was from a hair dye. Overall excellent!
