I was expecting a great place since the base fare was "stated to be" +150$ and I paid less than half of that. I paid TOO MUCH. I felt mislead and fooled. Not sure whose fault was that. Hotel or hotels.com. Anyway, I was not provide with any toiletries. There was no fan in the bathroom and the condensation there, after 2 people took a shower was annoying, dripping all night long when I had to go to the bathroom. The worst part was the breakfast. There was no milk or water on the serving table. I had to ask 3 times for three cups of milk and was told that there was no ambient temperature water for my vitamin C. Only hot water for tea. However, they had several bottles of water in the reception but only "for sale."

I do not recommend this hotel. It is in very poor condition. All the ceilings are bent and falling apart. The bathroom window is inoperable. They have a severe issue with their plumbing system, it’s very noisy and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. Never again.

I stayed here with my wife, and we absolutely loved the location. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The property was very clean and conveniently located near many popular tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely favorite hotel ever! Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating for our family of 5, delicious food, amazing location and views, and it has a bath tub and shower!

We had an awesome time at this hotel! The stairs are not so bad to climb if you are already climbing the ones in Machu Picchu! It’s good practice! Breakfast was awesome and views cannot compare! Overall I would recommend for anyone ok to climb up 110 steps to get to their room!

Can't recommend this place enough! We stayed for a night, left really early in the morning to make it in time for Machu Picchu, and returned to collect our luggage in the afternoon before our train back to Cusco (they will have breakfast ready for you in the morning and store your luggage free of charge).

The hotel was as described. None of the reviews I read before booking said it was an uphill walk on cobblestone streets and cobblestone stairs from Plaza de Armes. Although it is close, it took nearly an hour with rest stops to catch my breath at the high altitude to get back to the hotel. Although it said 24 hour free airport shuttle they arranged a taxi for us but we had to pay for the service.
