Overall, the hotel was ok. The carpets looked dirty. The bathroom was small. The top sheet on bed had some spots on it. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The pool was clean.

Small hotel, but they helped us out a lot after our first hotel in Little Rock, we booked AC went out in the entire building, so we had to find a new place. They gave us a great deal at like midnight! It was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint is the lack of parking.

The hotel was good, nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was hearty and the gentleman manning it was friendly and welcoming. I can not say the same for the night clerk. When we arrived she was not at the counter, after 2-3 minute wait she came to the counter- no welcome to Best Western no friendly smile as if we were an inconvenience at 8:15. felt like we were an imposition to her.

The lady checking us in was friendly. However threatening warning signs everywhere about not stealing towels, hair dryer, or alarm clock. I’m not sure what there normal clientele are. But I don’t stay at Hotels to steal there various equipment. I don’t know who would possibly want there uncomfortable towels. Also disappointed with 2 double beds instead of 2 queens. And the hotel had an obnoxious over bearing cleaning flower scent. That was possibly covering up something, just to strong of a scent.

OK

Room not handicap, but much quieter than the handicap room was great size and in pretty good condition. The towels on the other hand were old and shabby. We couldn’t figure out how to move the shades up or down either. Slept well in the quieter room.
