Staff very friendly, however the room itself needs an update, a lot of patch work in the bathroom, could use a remodel or an update, we do like using the holiday inn but will not come back to this one, not due to staff

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately our TV kept turning off and the volume would stay on. Would Stay there again, hopefully with a better TV.

Room was clean. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was edible. Convenient parking and safe area. Only complaint is it's loud. Walls are paper thin...I could hear every door slam, the elevator, and the neighbor's conversation over the tv.
