The team on reception were excellent, very friendly and helpful to my request for my wifes 50th, flowers/balloons & prosecco in our room on arrival at short notice, the room was massive and lovely.

I visited Liverpool with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old), and nephew (16 yrs old). The price is great and we reserved a room with 2 double beds and sofa bed. The location is fantastic and you areb able to get around on feet. The hotel design is a little gothic, the room was dimmed, and my daughter was a little scared staying. It’s probably not good for kids between 6 - 14 yrs old. It was a really foggy day and the roof top terrace was closed. They didn’t have someone available to help with baggage holding or claim

Excellent location to explore Liverpool
aThe room we booked was really comfortable and clean on arrival. We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly. He gave us a discount code for the shopping centre car park and we explored city centre because the location of this hotel is perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for more towels and they were on the beds in 5 minutes. The kitchen had all the facilities you could need for an overnight stay and was a really great addition.

Stayed with girlfriends for a christmas shopping trip and night out. Had a lovely apartment sized room with kitchen and jacuzzi bath. It was Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Roof top bar is currently closed. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was going great until a manager just let himself into our room with no warning while in bed, made myself and partner very uncomfortable and eager to leave in the morning.
