Fantastic hotel great location pleasant staff spa was great only slight down side to our stay was that a football team was staying there so no access to the main bar and had to use staff lifts which was not explained when we checked in

Gave us some vouchers too sit in sky bar whilst we waited, but this wasn't ideal, the Sky bar was rammed and it took 20 minutes from ordering drinks to getting them, and in any case it was now getting close to kick off time ...
