Great budget hotel close to the center of Manchester. Easy to get to and from the city center via tram, bus or walking. Great friendly staff. Room was nothing special but a place to sleep and quiet. Great shower pressure and temperature.

I reported faulty TV on two separate occasions but nothing was done about it. I also reported fact that sink in bathroom did not drain quickly. Hotel tired and in need of modernisation. The room was very modern and clean, with a good shower. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast menu had lots of choices and was included in the price! A quick 15 min walk from the station and 5 mins from the shopping centre.
