I selected this hotel as the website said room service 24/7, but when I arrived it actually was closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays (I stayed on a Wednesday) so I feel like this could be better advertised on the website prior to booking. That was disappointing. Room was fine, the channel guide on the TV didn't work and there were very few channels, so spending the night in the room alone gave very little by way of entertainment. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options.

I've stayed at the Newcastle Maldron and I was not disappointed in Manchester. Always a pleasure to stay in their hotels.Only one thing lets the breakfast down and thats not having a veggie sausage.
