Excellent location right in the centre of Buxton. We were attending a concert in Opera House which is about 200 yards away from the venue. Britannia Palace Hotel Buxton & Spa
Reception fixed my room issue promptly. Hotel is fine for what it is. Only gripe it took over 5 minutes of tthe hot water to arrive to the shower.

Best Western Plus Buxton Lee Wood Hotel
Room was well-appointed, of a decent size and with a refurbished bathroom. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. The Lee Wood has always been one of my favourite hotels in Buxton. Only complaint was that it didn’t snow - which is hardly the fault of the hotel!
