Room was starting to look tired. Management lack off. Fire Alarm on at 2;30 still going off until around 3/3:15pm. From clearly an error on staff in a store room. Iam still waiting for a response from hotel. Wishing a refund on all 3 rooms.

Rooms are very very dated and ours smelt nasty! No net curtains all way round bay window and over looked a roundabout. No rubber on shower screen so water went all over the bathroom. The only problem was that my wife and I are in our Seventies year young, and during the cold spell early March, the room heater did not come on until 18.00pm. We were cold . We did not complain to reception because we know that the heating was timed set to come on.
