Poor hotel
The air conditioning wasn't accurate. It said 20 degrees on the panel but when we returned to the room later the heating was overpowering. We had to open the window and turn it off. The bathroom was tired. The breakfast team were unable to cope with demand. There was never a full choice of hot breakfast items available at the same time. The glasses and juices were not replenished quickly enough either. There was an odour in the passages. The carpets in the passages were marked and wrinkled. There were groups of young men in the corridors late at night who were very noisy and could be heard knocking at another door very loudly. Overall not a relaxing pleasant stay. We will avoid this hotel in future.

Didnt look anything like the pictures. Alot of noise from guests above. Was looking forward to all you can eat breakfast that was a complete disappointment food cold and taking to long to bring fresh out. Toaster was a 4 toast toaster which is useless for everybody waiting. Scrambled egg wasnt even cooked properly watery jelly. Overall very disappointed

Good Nights sleep with a healthy breakfast.
I had an issue with my given room and informed the front desk. Shortly after it I was shown a different room, no questions asked and it resolved the problem. Good service with a smile and I had a good nights rest. Breakfast, good choice and spot on chef making the poached eggs.

Very friendly staff who will go above and beyond to make sure you stay as comfortable as can be. Very clean and modern looking bar and restaurant area some of the rooms could do a little bit more updating as marks on floor and walls.

I paid for a room with a king bed. They gave me a queen bed. At the reception desk they apologized because they did not have rooms with king beds. I filed my complaint with Expidia, they called the hotel and the manager assured them that they gave me a king bed. They are liars. Not professional.

Not quite as near the centre as expected but easy to find and free parking. We were also able to leave the car there on check-out day whilst we went back into the city for a bit of shopping. Staff all lovely. Very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great. Ordered a pizza to the room as we were running late and the service was excellent. Only negative was there was only 1 socket in the bedroom working and the cleaners were very noisy at 8am on Saturday morning right outside our room!
