Not sure is worth the money

Is a nice refurbished building and good location if you have business near by. However for the price I paid there are other properties in central Manchester with Aircon and continental breakfast included. The bed was way to soft. Horrible mattress. Don't think I will come back Staff are very friendly.

Great place and suited all our needs. Transport was ok, but we walked to it quite easily from the free bus #1 when needed. Our room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. The room was very warm and had to use a fan we found in the cupboard. The coffee machine in the foyer was really good. Overall we would easily come here again.

Won't be returning here.

Before I start, I do have to say the staff were all very polite and friendly. Ok, this place is billed as 4 star but that has to be purely a technicality - there is no way on earth this should be described a a four star hotel. Maybe a hostel? There is no bar - the hotels.com website is incorrect. There's freezer full if pizzas and a microwave in the foyer - draw your own conclusions. There is no air-conditioning - anywhere Housekeeping visits only once every three days (buried in the small print) The "deluxe" suite had a small double bed of very dubious quality not the king mentioned on the site. Shower water pressure is poor. Neither of us slept well at all and although the hotel is on the "inexpensive" side, better value can be found in budget hotels and only a few GBP more will get you into a real four-star hotel.

Really affordable price for a lovely room! Ethan on check in was great and upgraded me. Unfortunately in the mezzanine rooms you can hear absolutely everything in the neighbouring rooms, but when I went to speak to the front desk Ethan moved me within 5 mins.

Booked room for a 1 night stay. Room was ideal, all was excellent apart from Carpet which was ready to be renewed, quite dirty and had stains. But overall a good stay with helpful staff.
