Everthing was perfect for our stay. At check in the staff were quick & helpful.The location tranport links & shopping were excellent. Although not a unsurmountable problem. I would have preferred the shower door not to be totally clear, it made privacy difficult.

When price is your priority
I assume I selected this hotel because by the time we booked it was both the cheapest and available. If budget is your priority then it'll do but I wouldn't select it again as I felt it was too basic. My wife certainly wasn't impressed. The staff were nice but the room feels very bare bones. The compact toilet cubicle, which has a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door, ensures that every bathroom experience is a shared experience. It also needs an extractor. Also, having the sink in the room, because there is no actual bathroom makes it feel a little bit like being on D-Wing (I assume). The shower cubicle seems fine but overall I think this is for someone who absolutely wants the cheapest they can find. I'd bring your own pillow because the one provided is quite insubstantial.

The size of toilet is a little bit smaller than expected, however the shower water was hot enough so was the pressure. But the shower was too small for us to change the clothes inside. The location and the price is great for temporary stay. The bed was large enough to fit us. The view was also nice! We even got to see the tram everyday! It was also close to the Metrolink Stop. Might consider coming back again soon. We were close to shops, foods, and so much more, it was really convenient.

For a budget hotel it was comfortable and clean, with helpful staff, and offered all the basics. Continental breakfast nice. We were able to bring in food and wine to the dining area in the evening, very welcome on a rainy night.

A good budget hotel, you don't get anything like a kettle, hairdryer included in the room, but they are available to ask for at the reception with a deposit of £10. Room was clean, friendly staff. Only reason for 4 star rating was because the bathroom in the room was really weird. The toilet is in its own room, but the sink was out in the open facing the bed, and the shower was on its own too (with a shower door obviously), it was basically stepping out into the bedroom where the sink was. It was fine as it was just me and my boyfriend, but it would've been nice for the toilet, shower and sink to be in a completely separate area with a door for some privacy.

We understood this was a budget hotel so we’re not surprised that the room was basic. However we paid a high price for a room that did not have all the facilities advertised. Staff at reception were not helpful at all. They gave us three different rooms, each which had the same issues - they didn’t even check before wasting our time. After complaining we eventually got a room on the 1st floor, which was noisy and next to the tram line- a terrible nights sleep. The staffs response was she was “only a receptionist”, manager was uncontactable. Avoid the breakfast, plenty of better places to eat nearby. We trusted the brand at our peril. Book another hotel nearby, there are a few
