DoubleTree liverpool is the way to go

the front hotel doors don't lock as advertised. There was an open club which had access to the elevators all night, had loads of people walking up and down our corridor. Really upsetting as we really liked how this hotel looked. Checked out at 11pm and nobody asked why. The service is some of the worst

Stunning 4* Hotel

What an amazing hotel! I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay and ended up extending my stay from one night to 4 nights! That's how much I love Ropewalks. Brandon and Harry have both been exceptional Front Of House. Very polite, kind, eager to assist and offer advice about the Hotel and local area. Good Location but can be lively.

Good location but can be noisy as it's right in the centre of the city. But that's the trade off for being able to walk to everything the city has to offer. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Staff not the most welcoming, lacking the 'enjoy your stay' or even asking how our stay was on checking out. Took a while to check in because we asked for our rooms to be away from the front of the hotel. I messaged about this about 2 weeks before and received it a positive reply. On the day it was treated like a massive effort for the reception staff, was told it was taking a while because of our requirements, apart from the fact it was 4:30pm and they had more than enough notice to sort it out. Staff not the most welcoming or even engaging.
