Nice good size room. Comfortable bed. The duvet was too hot in the summer. Good cleaning service, even left the cleaning cloth in the room. Still using small shampoo bottles, not eco friendly. Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in.
Nice comfortable hotel and very central. Easy walking distance from the train stations, docks and shopping areas. Rooms were clean and well equipped with fridge and proper hairdryer. Shower was hot and powerful. Only negative was the room was quite warm.
Such a disappointment. Absolutely boiling hot rooms. Couldn’t sleep either nights. Requested extra fans from front desk they said max 1 per room. No air con. Only one large towel per room. Small toilet roll and no extra so not enough for a stay. WiFi didn’t work on 4th floor unless you connect in the hallway but then disappears when you walk in the room.
Rooms where hot as there isnt any air con. Had a fan in the room so wasnt too bad. Air con would have been a plus though. Nice clean rooms in the heart of liverpool though so the stay was good.

Not a good hotel in summer
Ok in the winter, but my room was a hot box. I actually fainted from the heat; it was not normal. The refridgerator was giving off heat. The windows have a childlock on it and can only open about 4 inches; heat cannot escape. I asked to have them unlocked or another fan brought up - but nothing. Also the hotel info says use Whatasapp, but no one responded.
Great location. Very nice reception area. On website it says you get a free dog package, however reception says they no longer do this, if this is the case it should be removed from the website.

It was ok should ask for a room at the back
It was very hot but staff helped open window. Very noisy, l should have asked for a room at the back. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking but the shower was good.
Stayed here over the weekend with my partner. Went to check in just after 4 after browsing town and then having a booking elsewhere at 5, unfortunately due to issues the room wasn’t ready (we weren’t the only ones) however life happens and for us it wasn’t that much of a big deal. The staff were really apologetic and we were offered some free drinks to apologise later that evening when we came to check in properly. The room was good enough and even though there was no air con (let’s be fair it’ll only ever be needed for about 3 weeks a year) a fan was provided.
I know some people may see reason to kick off and complain but the room was £45. In the city centre, on a weekend day. You literally can’t get cheaper than that and on another slightly cooler day check in would’ve been seamless and no air con not an issue.
Can’t fault it all things considered.
Upon arrival we had no issues however I physically could not sleep all night due to the noise levels being absolutely insane even with the doors and curtains shut. There was no warning when booking this upgraded room also. I did go down to reception at 2am requesting a different room far from the noise however they were not able to assist due to being fully booked. I categorically couldnt do another night here hence why I have had to pay out of pocket for a different hotel.
Rather surprised that the room had no air conditioning. It was one of the hottest days of the year. Despite the lack of air conditioning the room was reasonably comfortable as it had a lot of "dead space", a fan and a window that could be opened.
I thought the room was great for the price, the location would have been difficult to beat, the food options were great, and the team was very kind. The road it was on had a lot of clubs (night and the other kind), but never did it feel overly uncomfortable and, at least where my room was, was quiet.
Location excellent as right in the centre of Liverpool. Room was clean and staff friendly, but I hated the decor throughout the hotel - very odd and dark. The room didn't have aircon so quite hot and you not able to open the window more than a couple of inches. Bar in Hotel was poorly stocked.

Room was a good size, decor was good but a bit tired, e.g. towels were frayed, shower leaked onto floor.
Nice hotel centrally located in Liverpool - nice clean room with all desired facilities. Only small downside was the room was really warm and because we were located on sixth floor we couldn’t open windows wide enough to let cooler air in!
