The room was great size and clean. Only thing was the parking was far. But lots of food around the area. Service was pretty prompt.

It is located on Church Street so you are literally right in the center of everything. There are a lot of homeless people there, but the property itself is safe. There is no parking on the premises, but it’s not too far away either. I would definitely stay here again

Central, close to train station (Lime / Central), close to restaurants, pubs, and all the fun. Room was clean, comfy bed, great shower. I recommend and would stay there again. There is no laundry in the Studio (need to update the pictures and remove the one showing laundry). However, there was free laundry in the same floor (washer / dryer need a bit more maintenance and clenaing). Bed is UK King, which is the same as Queen bed in the US.

The location is very Times Square, which is not something a couple 55 travelers wanted to deal with, between the noise and the smoke of the people hanging around outside. There was no sense of security other than the security doors, so if a creepy person/criminal followed someone in, who would come help? The TV could come with a guide or guide channel. The directions for the temperature gage were crap. There were no directions for the microwave and all of them are different.

Quest was a great place to stay midweek in Liverpool. Very convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need, good value for money. The rooms could do with a little TLC, as some signs of general wear and tear but nothing significant.

Ideal for my families needs for a short break to Liverpool. Very central with everything we wanted (apart from Anfield Stadium) in walking distance. Would go back and recommend to friends or family.

Condition and location of the property was fine, but there were a few areas that made the stay particularly rough. The shower was scolding hot, impossible to even stand under. The beds and pillows were way too firm. Then the noise from the street was loud even with every window closed.

Definitely worth it
The room was clean and pretty comfortable. I had to work on a few days and the space available was the perfect height for my laptop. The only issue we had was with the bathroom. The was no window which meant we couldn't air it out - the extractor fan was either not running or insufficient. The shower head was a bit broken so the water flow wasn't great however the rainfall head worked fine and made up for it.

Central Liverpool location with everything in walking distance. If you stay here, please help the homeless in the area with some spare change, and stop to have a chat with them too. They really do appreciate it if you stop for a minute.

Honestly, if you’re going to have a coffee machine in the lobby with tea bags next to it, that should be free. Never been to a hotel anywhere else where it wasn’t. Can’t remember what else now as it’s been a while, but it wasn't worth the price really even though location was perfect. Staff were helpful.

Shower taps were not working properly leading to twi choices. Scalding hot or hot. Someone came to fix, but it was incomplete. Maybe the shower is just broken or poorly designed. A bit noisy on Saturday night (about 3am)
