Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only problem we had isn’t one the hotel can do anything about and that’s the noise levels outside at night and that our room was near some automatic bollards that started to operate about 5am. Just something to take note of.
The hotel was good until it was time to check out. I called reception trying to get help with my luggage and no one answered. I went down lagging my luggage and complain but was told they were busy with guests checking out. The kind of response you don't want.
Ideally situated to The Cavern Quarter, near to shops, Albert Docs, would recommend the Liverpool one Q carpark, the hotel offers a discount code! for the carpark, room service was very good, only one thing a little disappointed that they didn’t have any Baileys or Kraken in the bar when we fancied our last night cap but other than that we would definitely return to this hotel.
Lovely stay again. We were originally placed over Mathew Street in a standard room and realised on check in that it was a little loud for our liking. I went down to reception and was told there were no standard rooms to swap with so we were upgraded to a deluxe room and moved to the opposite side of the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating. Amenities in the room were fabulous. Mathew street around the corner offers entertainment and live music which was also handy as you don’t have to go far at all. Another amazing stay and will be returning.
We stayed two nights at the hotel. It’s close to everything—shopping, good restaurants, and the Cavern Club. My first visit to Liverpool, but I’ll definitely be back!!

Disliked: Staff & service
Should be better
Very little customer interaction apart from bombarding with emails for additional things to buy like chocolates and drinks for the room. Aircon broken, no sign of daily room service despite leaving sign on door handle as requested. Not treated like a customer.
Hard Days Night Hotel was brilliant. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Roo.s were clean and very well appointed. Location is excellent. Right next to Mathew Street for the Beatles Museum and Cavern and close to shops and James Street underground station.
For a hotel, the cost was really low. I even got upgraded to a deluxe suite! A great place to spend a few days in Liverpool.

Liked: Staff & service
As an avid Beatles fan the hotel offers a short walk away from one of the main attractions (Matthew Street) - at first I felt transported into a Beatles filled world and the gimmick was really nice. Friendly staff is always a welcome bonus and they were lovely in offering help when needed. I would say, however, that the room felt dark at times - some lights were out, and a little on the dusty side. The shower pressure was a little low but generally the bed and facilities were good! It was nice to see decorations of Beatles memorabilia and would recommend to any avid Beatles fans.
Arrived hot and tired, got to the room. There was no air conditioning and a fan on the nightstand. It looked like someone had laid in the bed, made a cup of coffee, ate a biscuit. Left dirty cup and spoon, hairs in sink. Not impressed. Walked out and went to the Municipal Hotel and Spa which was wonderful.
Fabulously quirky hotel! Especially if you're a beatles fan. Very clean, quiet at night but if you want to party the Cavern Club and surrounding venues are very close.

Decent stay for the money.
Hotel was great location city centre, but rooms are showing their age and the décor needs revamped. Beds were uncomfortable a double was two singles with split in middle made for uncomfortable nights sleep. The hotel is next to cavern so expect music to be loud at night not hotels fault and also loud noises from seagulls in the early morning being in city centre.
