Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, excellent location. Breakfast was disappointing as only one member of staff to restock who was unable to keep up poor choice for vegetarians. Staff were all excellent, friendly, polite and helpful

Visited for the LFC trophy parade, the staff did a wonderful job managing the crowds and keeping everything running well. Food was great and service was fast despite how busy it was.

Super location, just off the bus stop from the airport, smack in the city centre beside the main shopping, restaurants and bar areas and 2 mins walk to Albert Dock, and an excellent hotel, we’ll definitely be back.
