Excellent hotel, clean and comfy. Staff very helpful. Location for Lime St Station and Empire Theatre, brilliant ... 5 mins maximum from both depending on mobility, of course. Food in Seven Seas very good and value for money. Will definately stay again.

I wanted somewhere to relax with a coffee in comfort and quiet, soft furnishing rather than echoes, armchairs rather than stools, soft egg yolks rather than hard, wallpaper rather than glass and a shower bath I can step out of without risk. I didn’t get it here ! This is a hotel for the “move fast and break things” brigade.

Its ship theme is incredible. The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. Very enjoyable, i would absolutely bring my kids to it.
