The rooms were spot on. Went and stay for two nights at the art house hotel had booked 4 individual rooms for a large group of 16 individuals for stag weekend. Night before arrival lovely lady Kimberley phoned us to upgrade us to the penthouse absolute win from the start this was so all 16 of us was all together with the 2 hot tubs. it did not disappoint staff was brilliant with all our needs showers plenty of hot water and enough towels. At the top penthouse was quite also and bed are very comfy superb night sleep and warm. Rooms are very quirky but adds to the whole experience of your stay in Liverpool All bed nice clean and tidy on arrival and rooms was all spotless Reception 24 hours which brilliant if need any assistance with anything some of the group arrived early for check in which the hotel allows you to store your bags free of charge until you check in. Overall great weekend, great memory and great location in Liverpool definitely recommend the penthouse for large group to create amazing memories Thank you art house hotel

It’s great for a party place, but many things in the room were broken or damaged. (towel bar hanging off, door lock came off in my hand, toilet roll holder, etc.) All are easy fixes and should have been repaired before hand.

The staff were amazingly helpful and the room was ok. The issue was that I went for work and I got practically no sleep. The staff moved me to a different room which helped a bit. If you are there to party it’s perfect but if you need sleep then avoid this hotel.

Good value stay in lively central location

Very large and generally well-equipped themed room with three double beds. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central in a lively part of the city and there is a large choice of places to eat and drink close by. One or two areas in the room and around the hotel were showing some wear and tear. There was almost no noise inside the hotel but as it is surrounded by clubs and bars noise from outside is inevitable. Overall good value.

Second stay at the Arthouse

Great location - near all the bars and restaurants in the centre. The rooms are a great size, the decor is fantastic. The only let down was the lighting, wasn't the best to get ready in so could be improved
