Very difficult to find the car park in the dark and the corridor from the car park was very Smokey. Once inside the hotel it was nice but only 2 lifts which were very slow and had to wait ages for. Service was also slow but room was spacious and comfy.

Hotel was clean and warm but exterior was looking a little “tired”. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety but “hot “ food was rather tepid. Would stay again.

Good hotel. Room was cold though

Overall lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. However, we stayed in January and the room's heating system was basically useless. A contractor had blocked the air intake for the AC with plasterboard (why?!?!) which meant there was almost no airflow. Basic maintenance should have picked this up.
