Got to the hotel and room wasn’t ready so went out for some drinks. On our return it still was not ready so we were upgraded to a beautiful suite, we were there for my birthday so it was extra special

Friendly staff. Rooms clean but looking tired. Breakfast adequate, sad fruit options but plenty of English breakfast fare. Eccentric lifts. Mouldy caulking in shower. Fine for a couple of nights. Empty building next door and building work on theatre complex. All a bit sad.

Hotel was lovely but the fan in the Bathroom in our room was not working. I did report it on the Friday afternoon after check-in but it was not fixed. Not a big issue but everything in the Bathroom was covered in condensation when we had a shower.

In a good location for the lake and town centre. Nice comfortable and spacious room. Would only book the room next time. The breakfast was dry and not nice at all.

One night stay for the fireworks. Stayed with our nephew, 2 double beds, plenty of room for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choice - we timed it right though at 830. When we were leaving breakfast, there was a big queue and waiting times looked long (book in early). Walking distance to everywhere. Great location, easy parking. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Hotel property fairly maintained. Restaurant offers good quality food and also breakfast is well presented. Parking lot is quite expensive at £15/day AC/Heat in the room was noisy. Bed sufficiently cool comfortable and room fairly big.
