Well appointed, comfortable and in the action!
Very well appointed apartment right at the heart of the Liverpool nightlife. We stayed for one Saturday night and didn’t spend too much time in the apartment - we dropped our bags off on arrival and went out and enjoyed a takeout meal in the kitchen/diner area on our return. We found everything just as we’d have expected on our arrival. Most important to us was the bedroom which was lovely with a comfy double bed with nice white linen. We were prepared for some noise from the entertainment venues nearby as we had read about it in reviews. Sure enough this was quite audible, more so in one of the two bedrooms than in the other. However, rewarded, we used ear plugs and it was fine. Issues: just one minor one - when we arrived at the property, we still hadn’t received the email with details of how to get access and get our keys. We phoned the number provided and it was quickly resolved. However we were told that we hadn’t had the email because we hadn’t forwarded ID. We had however completed the online check-in and had not been asked for ID. Minor issue for us, however another couple who arrived at the same time as us and also had no email were stuck outside still when we came out. If you don’t have your email, I’d suggest making prompt contact with the property to avoid being stuck at the door. Other than that it was a great stay and we’d recommend this property. The suggested parking also worked out great and cheap for us.

Great Accommodation very lively location.
We booked 2 2 bedroom apartments, quality is outstanding, we had one apartment with 2 complete seperate bedrooms, the other apartment was really a studio apartment with an additional bedroom and was also on a different floor, this was a little disappointing but we managed OK. Bathrooms very well appointed and all spotlessly clean and well maintained. It would have been great to have a coat stand or at least coat hooks. I will remember in future to be more specific about my accommodation expectations. An excellent stay and castle collection are always my first choice in Liverpool for apartments.

The stay was very nice and welcoming. Comfortable apartment and spacious kitchen area and bedroom. Very affordable as well. Location was great, right in the centre of Liverpool. Would recommend it to all. Would stay here again if I was to stay in Liverpool again.

A mixed review but overall we had an enjoyable stay for a family getaway Pros - great location, large apartment, affordable parking, comfy beds, lift to each floor, good communication with owners prior to arrival. Cons - very noisy all night from 5pm to 8am from local bars from music, shouting, glass bottles, bin collections and even the pigeons had a slot when you think it would be quiet, apartment was tired with broken fixtures, shower was not cleaned from prior guests with used soap bar and hairs, sofa for only 2 people but 4 guests which made it uncomfortable to enjoy large TV and no lamps to get cozy with just bright spot lights

Great clean and easy accessibility with great parking options. Night time noisy untill 3am at the weekend but to be expected with the location bieng at the end of Matthew street. Met all expectations. Would stay again. It's not a place if you want peace and quiet but the description was totally accurate. Great place and freindly staff.

Very clean apartment. Location is perfect for shopping or partying. If you need sleep every night, it's not the place for you. We were warned of the music til 2am but ignored it. Definitely take some ear plugs. That being said, we will definitely use these apartments again when on a social visit.

A great, though LOUD location. Didnt bother us as we were partaking in the nightlife, but if you’re on a business trip or looking for something quiet: this is not the place for you. Lots of space and the place is in decent shape. My only complaint comes in an extra charge for additional toilet paper. Two rolls for 5 days? Had to purchase our own instead of paying their added fee.

Stayed again at these beautiful apartments just off Mathew Street main strip. Perfect location for live music. 10 min walk from Lime Street, 10 min walk to Albert Dock.
