Clean room. Very large. Plenty of space. My only thing was the air con was above the door, same as other hotels, but unlike other hotels, the room was so large by time youre by the bed it was quite warm. Plus when i had a shower (it was a disabled room) after around 3 or 4 minutes it started to overflow with water. Again, not the worst thing in the world but ither may have an issue with it.

Good place perfect location

Good little place to stay, nice big comfortable bed and room. Just make sure you request a room away from the lift, that thing is noisy! Will stay again

The only thing we liked was its location; close to shopping center, train station, and restaurants. However, we didn't received any upgrade as a VIP Access. The hotel was not well maintained; awkward smell, stained carpet, iron marks on floor and clogged drainage at the bathroom sink. We stayed only 1 night for the Liverpool FC game so we didn't mind much.

Good location

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Liverpool One. Spacious room with big bed. Acces for prams and wheelchairs could be better marked as I wasn't sure what to do when I only seen stairs initially and had to look for potential other entrance. Room was rather clean although it could be better. Overall decent for the price.

Great hotel great location

Welcomed with a smile. We left our bags with them until check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Its in a great location for The Albett Docks and Liverpool 1. We didn’t eat there as we were meeting friends but otherwise we would have done as we heatd other guests saying the foid was good.

In a central location yet very quiet with a large room. The decor is a little tired but overall not a bad place to stay.

Good overall but need to attend to tiny details

Rooms were clean and properly prepared for my stay. A bedside light switch seemed to have had a missing knob but was a minor issue. More impactful to my comfort was that I didn't get a fridge in my room, but I did not really need it. Overall was a good experience.
