all good really, Just upset on the friday night there was no bar open. We had to go to petrol station to buy wine instead and had it in our room. Reception very friendly.
Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was.
Its set back from main road but address says edge lane.
Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help.
Great outdoors area. Took the time to go out and get the cider I drank. Rooms were basic but ok. Bed sagged in the middle. But as wedding accommodation it did tge job. Free parking too.
COVID restrictions meant that the opportunities for assessing service were limited but the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was basic and stripped back due to COVID but clean, warm and comfortable.
Stayed before will stay again good budget hotel unless Liverpool are playing in champions league then prices go through the roof

The location is a fair way from the city centre. The hotel was very quiet during our stay and meant we didn't get disturbed at night.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The hotel is in a good location for downtown Liverpool to take public transit, also easy to get back on the highway out of town. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

You get what you pay for
I have stayed at this hotel once before and on both occasions was just a stop over as travelled from down South so was just somewhere to put my head down for the night. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is quite outdated, and the surrounding area isn’t the most appealing, but the hotel grounds are clean, and the room served its purpose. I would only book this hotel again if I just need a bed for the night again. Its not too far form the town centre, would need a car/taxi ride. For under £50 a night for a room you can’t expect 5 star, you get what you pay for.
