Nice hotel

Room was clean, a little small but had all needed for short stay. Breakfast was good and there was plenty choice. Staff are really friendly and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for the Arena and docks

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the arena, and for the price it was a good choice. We were given a city side room, which was disappointing given we were there for 3 nights. The room itself was basic - quite small with a tiny built-in bathroom. You have to weigh this up for the cost though, and at £50 per night there was nothing to complain about really. The bed was very comfortable, but the rooms could use some modernisation (one plug socket in the whole room, shower and toilet in need of some maintenance). It's a 20 minute walk to the arena and docks area, or 20 minutes to the shopping centre. Overall, if you're on a budget and/or want somewhere nearer the dock area, this is a good choice.

Good hotel location including parking

Small room but comfortable bed. Close to Albert docks and Liverpool One. Excellent location for both as within walking distance. On site parking very good. Knew the bathroom would be small before we booked but still found it extremely cramped. Only enough hanging space for 6 items. Could do with more. No space for suitcases either. Shelf above the sink was in the way whilst washing face.

Another nice stay at The Dolby Hotel.

This was our 4th stay at hotel, amenities all you need. Just a short walk to Albert dock and Liverpool one shopping centre.

Free parking. Walkable distance to attractions and docks. Room was ground floor and spacious enough and clean. Tea and coffee making facility in room. Bathroom had shower and bath and was spacious. Complimentary shampoo, shower cap and soap. Towels provided. Room was serviced daily. Has option to include breakfast which was a bonus. Good choice hot and cold buffet and staff replenish constantly. Vending machine available in lobby. Lunch and dinner available at extra cost. Bar on site and serves drinks until late. Reasonable prices. Good budget hotel and would stay again.

Friendly staff,

The hotel was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was basic but well priced and prepared well. The onsite parking is free and very convenient. My only issue was the bathroom was tiny! I am 6”5 and when I stood in the shower my head touched the shower head which cannot be moved, I could not sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, if you are tall this can be quite uncomfortable.

Hotel and staff were very nice in every way. The only thing we did not like was the size of the bathroom and shower. It reminded me of an airplane bathroom. Other than that, we were very happy staying there. Very clean, and we either ubered to some areas or walked to a great area with lots of food options and stores. Even close to the giant ferris wheel.
