Great Job Double Tree Team

Lovely overnight stay in Liverpool. Arrived early but had no issues checking in. It was nice that the travel cot I had requested was already set up in the room. Hotel itself is lovely with an incredible bathroom. Going to be spending lots of time in Liverpool in the near future and this will certainly be on my shortlist of options.

Couldn't fault the place, the spa was excellent apart from the stairs to get in. B'est spa I've used. Housekeeping was flawless' Maybe needed more milk sachets but got more without question just a hassle gowing down for them. Bathroom wae exceptional, breakfast was brilliant, loved the sausages

Maintenance nightmare. Freezing cold room, shower door leaking because of broken hinges. Curtains broken. Even when you complain they don't do anything constructive. Don't bother, the Hilton name means nothing here.

we didn't actually get to stay here... We were trying to leave London with Avanti West Coast but they cancelled on us... But we had stayed here before and its exceptional, Nell on front desk was amazing, and I just know this stay would've been incredible

Degraded Service

Pretty average. No response on messages in 2 weeks before stay. We've stayed before and hotel was previously good, however now looks tired with lots of repairs needed, and many stains. Had one request which was for breakfast in bed, which we were happy to pay extra. Told by first concierge not possible and to come down and take food back up to room? Which defeats the object. Asked second who said you couldn't do it there at front desk and had to go to room, use menu and call? Went to room and no menu in room or online. So we gave up. Used to be good but hotel and service now lacking somewhat.

Overnight stay for football game.

The hotel was lovely, needed a little decorating in areas. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice, fresh and hot. Overall a good comfortable stay just needing a few additions in the room like vanity magnifying mirror and usb sockets.
