The layout of the room was rather unconventional but the bed was large and comfortable with a big bay windows.

small and basic but worth the price :D
as expected room was small and basic. very cheap to stay. it was very clean, good ventilation (you can adjust the room temp, no windows can be open), comfy bed. theres no table/chair but can use window ledge to put things on. theres no kettle but can ask reception for hot water. the only downside is, the noise of neighbours flushing toilet, having shower etc (just the sound of water) very frienldy staff and i will defo stay again!

I never write reviews but this hotel is terrible. I understand you get what you pay for but this just was not it. First snag was having fee charged for an early check in which is anytime before 3pm- that was not advertised until I enquired. Had to be moved to another room because of the stench of sewage in the first room. Second room had hairs in the bed so I slept fully clothed. Thermostat did not work either so room was stuck in ‘cool’ setting. Staff did thier best when actually present at the desk.

Couldn't fault any of it. Booked as a last minute thing and service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful and the room was good and the location is ideal if you want to be in Liverpool city centre.

I had a great three nights here. Went to the football and a Conference. Staff v friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Rooms smallish but fine for one. For two people it might be a bit tight. No desk.

They charge the customer more than a four star hotel for their hotel rooms that in fact they are like a prison cells. Without window, no space to move and zero facilities.

We spent there 1 night. The stay was more or less ok. We took the room with the window. The main disadvantage which I consider is the ensuite bathroom. It is not sufficiently separated from the resting part. Also, the storage place for belongings is tiny or almost none.

Great central location to everything in Liverpool. Easy walks to Mathew Street and LiverpoolONE, as well as the docks. Friendly and helpful staff and check-in process. Basic room, but exactly what we were looking for.
