The rooms were fine. However, they did not have fridge in room nor luggage carts in lobby. Also, they had the hardest hotel beds we have slept on in decades.

Such a great location to Liverpool airport, this was our honeymoon so on arrival we were greeted with Prosecco and really made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and bar / restaurant were really nice and clean. A great stay, thank you.

Handy stopover after a 2.00am flight arrival
A very civilised night after a very late (scheduled) flight arrival. Good breakfast. Shower was OK, just, with I think a faulty thermostat making it not quite hot enough. Staff were happy I reported this and were about to investigate as we were leaving so no complaints.

Room was great but when asking for bedding for the sofa bed had to ask 3 times. Other than that the only other issue was breakfast was a bit dried out.
