Clean and Spacious , quite a lot of restaurants can cafe near the dock, nice stroll along the pier and Liverpool one bus interchange across the road . Would be better if the hotel provide slippers

Central hotel and good for the price. Rooms basic but lovely dock views. Informed by hotel prior that discounted parking for £12 however on arrival £18 so not pleased about that. Cheaper parking just as close elsewhere.

Room was very clean. Building clean and fresh. Reception staff were great. Nothing too much for them. Beautiful room with a view. Checked in earlier than expected. Breakfast - lot of choice. Good selection of hot drinks. However cooked food had been sitting and was rather tough to cut and chew and jam machines broken.
