Lovely stay at the docks
Check in was good and quick with no issues. Our room was a spacious twin room with a good view. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was good except my only complaint is that the room lighting is not sufficient. The room felt dark, even with all of the lights on. There is no overhead main light and although i love the brickwork in the room as it adds to the character, it does make the room feel even darker.

Great location, directly facing the M S Arena. Very convenient for Liverpool One and the rest of the shops in the city centre. There is a bus from the airport which drops you off at the docks. You can get a return bus at Liverpool One bus centre. It’s £2 for each journey. Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay if you want to immerse yourself in the tourist culture. Stone throw away from the hop on hop off bus, Shopping in the downtown core area, And of course, the Riverside docks

I was surprised by there was no one at the door to help with suitcases. I arrived at the hotel to find a very tight space for temporary parking to unload my cases. Since I was travelling alone, I had no one giving me a hand to keep the door open to take them into the building. Then I realised that the reception was not at ground floor, but I had to take all the bags and cases by myself and walked through a double doors, again with difficulties, so I could take the lift upstairs to check in. A very kind lady took a pity of me and gave me a hand. It was not a good experience for checking in. Once checked in, everything was fine. The hotel itself does not provide any parking so you have to sort yourself out if you have a car. The room was clean and staff was helpful at breakfast. The stay was okay but probably won’t be my first choice accommodation if I go to Liverpool again.

Soundproofing was not good, so we were moved. However the noise of the wind was dreadful through the night. We discovered a broken outdoor windoor door pane in the morning. You need a quiet night’s sleep when you have a long drive ahead of you. Excellent location.

Just a break
Not really much to say the room was spacious, great view of albert dock ,bed was comfy and everywhere was very clean , bathroom and shower fantastic..staff were very helpful in all ways 《allthou the cleaner said something to my wife as she entered the toilet she was cleaning》..the overall experiance was excellent Breakfast had a great variety of cereal ,fruit , pancakes ,full english aswell which was lovely

Excellent!
Spotlessly clean, decent-sized rooms, excellent showers. The building is an old warehouse, with many original and interesting features. So much nicer than a modern concrete "blockhouse". Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. 10/10 for everyone my colleagues and I met during our short stay.
