Good hotel with included breakfast
Good budget hotel, included breakfast excellent. Clean and modern decor in rooms and public areas. Our room on the top floor 712, was our request, however there was a hum/faint rumble at night which did disturb our sleep, I believe it was the air conditioning units on the next connecting building, I did mention this to reception, hopefully it is sorted soon, central position for station and docks, both a 12 min walk. I would certainly book it again.

It was amazing. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. It's location was near to the docks, the shopping centre and train and bus station.

Generally ok, but an unlucky bad experience
Overall, it looked like a nice Hotel, however, there were some aspects they could improve and also I had a problem with my room which made the our stay worse than expected. About the things they could improve, when people left their breakfast table, those were not all cleaned, which implied we had to choose between the least stained tables used by previous guests. In our room, water leaked out of the shower, so we had to figure the right set up to no make a mess of the bathroom's floor. It was really hard to set up Netflix or casting anything from another device to the TV, which was not great. The main issue we had with this hotel was that in our room, there was an electricity sound coming from behind the TV which was pretty anoying, like a current wave oscilating I couldn't forget about. We reported the issue, but the staff said they couldn't do anything because the maintenance staff had already left, offering a twin bedroom for our last night, which was not ideal at all. Later that night we realized if we turned off an electricity switch, the sound went away, but that was after a long while and without anyone from the hotel helping us through the process. The other general.features were fine. Maybe they were understaffed and that could cause many of the little issues I mentioned, so hopefully they work towards a better experience with this feedback.

Nicely located and comfortable hotel
Very happy with this first time stay at hotel. Comfortable rooms. Lovely fluffy towels must have been new. Breakfast offerings excellent and staff helpful and friendly. Yes I'm likely to choose this hotel next trip.
