Key cards repeatedly did not work, after 4 failures which seemed to be my fault ? I said they need to get the lift fixed as it was hurting my knee going up and down to reception to get the key cards redone. The comment of "do i look like a lift engineer" was not a funny response from the person on reception
Not a great experience and no indication of if lift will be fixed
Comfortable bed. Double glazing inadequate for rooms on main road. Shame housekeeping felt they needed to knock and interrupt me at 11:30 despite the do not disturb sign on the door and 30 mins to go before check out.
It was clean, comfortable, the staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Would stay again.

Staff Amazing Room Not So
Staff at check-in where wonderful and couldn't assist enough. However, the room key I was given didn't work and was replaced only for this one not to work, 3rd time lucky and that key didn't work either. There was an issue with the battery for the door. The room smelt of paint after being freshly decorated and the shower gel/shampoo containers had not been unlocked.
