We had a lovely comfortable 3 night stay.The double room was very clean,quiet. All amenities were available.staff were all helpful, polite. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking at booking a hotel on the waterfront near the docks and Liverpool 1.

Lovely welcome from the staff and a great size room, bathroom looked amazing, however the shower temperature was either scorchingly hot or freezing cold, no happy medium. Also the bed was uncomfortable - the mattress was so soft you felt like you were sinking in to it.
