Overall, very happy with the stay. Good location, very clean, nice bathroom. Minor comments are to add more lighting to the bathrooms (they are a little dark) and put more attention to enhancing the fitness space.

This hotel on the surface had everything but although the staff were great there were a few fails. Food was bland and staff were extremely pushed, those that were working. Room was well appointed and large but water pressure was very poor. Wifi not great.

Hotel stay was great, bigger than average room and bathroom which for a city hotel is unusual. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the concierge was outstanding. The only negative was upon check-in the reception computer crashed just as payment was made so had to make 2nd payment which although was assured only one payment would be taken, in fact two payments were taken. Hotel has agreed to refund the second amount which I am still waiting to receive.

Lovely hotel choice for Liverpool. Next door to the M&S and only a short walk to Albert Dock. Clean modern accommodation, very comfy bed and huge shower! All this at a great price.
