Great stay at The Pullman!
Great hotel, hood location. Warm and welcoming staff. Very clean, spacious and tidy rooms. The restaurant and lounge area were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a good range and delicious. And the food in the restaurant was exceptional! All making for a really wonderful stay. We will definitely return... hopefully soon!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff at check in were wonderful, going out of their way too look up actives for us for the following day that we'd not yet been able to book. Room was spotless and had been changed ahead of time from a king to two twins as per my request. Breakfast was phenomenal, cooked breakfast all the usual far done well (hash browns were perfect!). The bagels were a lovely extra along with the range of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurts and homemade granola. We were so full from breakfast we didn't eat again until 6pm! Roni at breakfast the first morning was the epitome of customer service, friendly, kind and personable without being overpowering. She made our stay even more special. Everyone worked well as a team making sure everything was flowing perfectly throughout the entire hotel and nothing was too much for anyone. We were caught short by the trains and ended up driving so parked at the multistory recommended by them (Kings) which was a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was really convenient and validated by the hotel giving a discount on the parking at the end making it really reasonable rate for the stay.

Great hotel, nice location. Poor service regarding cleaning. Actually very poor. Not enough staff I assume as everything was delayed, room not so clean, everything was in a rush, no attention to details in terms of cleaning. Poor service at the bar as well, staff not polite, and definitely not friendly.

Disappointing
We have stayed here on a number of occasions catching up with family between Xmas and new year and we have always enjoyed it. However this year our experience was very disappointing at breakfast….. there was not enough staff on they were doing their best just not enough of them. At one point they ran out of bacon we waited and when that was replenished they had run out of hash browns and eggs by the time these were replenished the bacon had run out again…. Very disappointing for those of us who wanted a full breakfast. Never had this before . Room was lovely though .

We had a fabulous stay! I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Liverpool. It is in a good location, close enough to the city centre but also away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were really friendly and helpful whenever required. We stayed on the 7th floor and had amazing view. We will be booking again to stay in summer.

Perfect city break hotel
