Overall very good. Slightly tricky to get to the car park through Liverpool. Breakfast generally good but bacon didn’t look too appealing and second morning the croissants had run out.

Hotel is beautiful, great service. Room was a little disappointing i paid extra for ptemium room with river view but faced the arena with a side river view. Room pretty small and basic.

Lovley clean room, jack who greeted us was amazing and very friendly. Parked in multi storey car park just a 5 minute walk from hotel. Very good value for money.

In a good position and very convenient for the M & S arena.also there is lots of parking spaces.also a funfair exhibition next door for children.We really enjoyed our stay.staff were all nice and Jack is a bonus , very helpful.Just wish the menu changed each night or every couple of days.lovely restaurant and great chef.we ate there two nights

Had a beautiful room. Very comfortable overlooking wheel. Room was quiet. No noise from other guests. Little fridge was useful. Complimentary Water in glass bottles provide. Walk in shower was great. No bath but that did not spoil it. Will definitely be booking again. Staff were friendly and breakfast delicious. If you are in a rush you can ask for take away box to fill and go. Downstairs area was lovely to meet up with friends. Beautiful situation next to arena. We were at a convention and found it ideal.

Prepare to be underwhelmed.
The rooms were nice but not worth the money that we paid. We have stayed in nicer hotels for considerably less money. The restaurant was nice but the food was not cooked well. Our Lamb was tough and dry. It was either overcooked or been frozen for too long. I can cook red meat much better at home. Overall we were quite disappointed and will not stop there again. I have loaded a picture of the disrepair in the entrance hall. The electrics in our rooms were all barfed up. Not dangerous but not working correctly.

From the moment you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a friendly face. Lovely place to wait and have a drink. Clean and friendly. Rooms clean, spacious comfortable. Shower is excellent. All in all a fantastic hotel and would definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel away from the busy downtown core, but walkable to many key sites. Great for couples. The air conditioning was not that great but the room was bright and spacious. We chose not to eat at the hotel as it was quite pricey.
