School lane hotel is a nice hotel. Although the family rooms are very small for 2 adults 2 children no space at all. I feel for the cost £190 per night would have liked abit more space. We have stayed before but I don’t think we will stay again to small for the price.

Great Stay
Reception Staff are very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Cleaners too are lovely and the place is spotless ! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. If I was forced to critique I would say the rooms are pretty basic but they do have everything you need. Lacking the extra detail for a 4 star hotel like a fridge, seating, USBs. Location was perfect and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. The location was perfect for a mini break in central Liverpool, close to the Liverpool ONE and a short walk to Albert Dock. Our room slept a family of four comfortably and was clean with good amenities. Quiet with nice extra security to have keycard access for each floor. Would recommend.

Entry button was difficult to find first time, but someone at the coffee shop around the corner helped me out. FYI - there is a tiny round button on the panel next to the door to ring the front desk. Might be helpful for the property to explain this to incoming guests!

This 1 year old new hotel was easy located from airport and train,at reception we received a warm friendly welcome and the coffee and pastries odour was welcoming too and it was all complimentary,the hotel is very modern and clean and I’ll definitely stay there my next trip to Liverpool

Fantastic hotel superb decor, helpful staff, arrived a couple of hours early intending to leave our case but the lady on reception told us our room was ready and we could check in none of this £30 charge what some other hotels want for a couple hours. Room was large with an outstanding bathroom including walkin shower, free pastries and hot drinks at breakfast. Im difficult to impress but on this occasion im seriously impressed
