Great location close to plenty of restaurants, but quiet when back in the room which is exactly what you want. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would recommend and would stay again when back in Liverpool

I had the best stay. The hotel is well located on the docks, quite central. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. And best of all they host social events in the evening with free beer, wine and snacks yeah !! All in all I had a great time there and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s very good value for your money.

Not sure what the hype for this hotel was. It was fine for a one night stay, but the room was set up weird with a tiny couch in front of the bed and the bathroom oddly off to the left of the bed. The breakfast looked good but we didn’t have anything but coffee, which was not very good.

Have stayed here numerous times over recent weeks, months and years due to location of my business, however this did not seem to highlight the level of customer service we would expect on this trip having spent many ££££££. Which is a shame Still, it’s a lovely hotel , but I am now considering staying elsewhere , and May visit another time
