The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The television was old and needed retuning. The toilet had a continuous run of water which can't be good for the environment. It would have been nice if the bins had been emptied as we filled up the food waste bin. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. But the hotel could do with a spruce up. I.e. Newer TV etc

Great 3 night stay at a reasonable price
checked in online a couple of days earlier, we arrived an hour early the staff on teception wete really good, the room was ready so we could check in straight away. Parked in the secure car park right next door, dead easy. we were there for 3 nights, there's no housekeeping/room clean, but if you need anything just ask. You can come & go as you please & the hotel seems really secure, room key needed to operate the lift etc. good location everything in walking distance (Liverpool 1, docks, museums) loads of restaraunts and bars a couple of minutes away. didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant. Would definitely go there again.

Quiet room. Comfy bed. Would stay again. Good location. Good value. Great to have a fridge and easy access to laundry. Parking was a bit tight so make sure you are comfortable in small areas. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable
The aparthotel was lovely, spacious room with compact kitchenette and nice size for me and my two sons. The facilities were great. The bathroom was a little small and the door closed automatically but overall the bed was huge and comfortable. The parking was next to the hotel but there are some steps to access it, two lots of steps to the second floor. The location is beautiful, right next to the waterfront and Liverpool One shopping facilities. Traffic can build up in the area on weekends at the strand but it was a really lovely stay. The alarm did go off early hours on our second night but this was managed. Staff were also very helpful. Thank you.
