An absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The decor was exquisite. The rooms were very tasteful and were very big and huge very luxury. Me and my family had a wonderful stay . Customer service was brilliant. It was lovely and clean and luxurious. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again there in March when we return.
Bar was lovely , and staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful!
Room was tired, tape on windows, one bit of the window was actually boarded up. Lots of marks over walls, bath tub all chipped
Good stuff..staff,cleanliness, size of room, facilites.
Not so good stuff..signs of age around hotel,our room had an automatic light in bathroom but it stayed on for 20 mins each time lighting up the bedroom ,not great if you are visiting the loo in the early hours!
Hotel itself is dated.. rooms are big but dirty.. we were on a family night to Liverpool.. hotel is perfectly positioned in Liverpool..£15 to park which is something you get used to these days.. our TV kept freezing and as you can imagine with the family is quite important so we mentioned it at Reception.. they sent someone within half an hour and he gave some half arsed excuse that he couldn’t do it as his manager was putting pressure on him for something else so that was it.. kids were back on the iPad with the very limited WiFi which the hotel has too.. kept kicking us out and had to keep logging back in.. hotel not interested at all..Staff in Reception were in fight or flight mode .. must be constantly putting fires out..
