This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.

Had a double room. No common area in the room other than a kitchen. No tv and no coffee making facilities. It is dorm accommodation. I chose it for the proximity to the arena, it was good for the location, walking distance.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful. Its really central to the main plaza. Parking is provided at €20 per night however this is an under ground carpark and tricky to manoeuvre - very tight. Breakfast was really fresh and tasty

The place is so nice! Authentic Spanish atmosphere, very attentive people and great food!! Strongly recommend it if you want to experience real Spanish charm in a small town.

Room was not ready to check in 13 00 we need to leave to city and get back 5 pm.to check in

Clean room and kind staff

Amazing architecture and decor. Generational basque family home turned into hotel with elevator and beautiful views. Staff was the best! The town was picturesque and the area of Rioja is enchanting. Will book again next time we travel to the Basque Country!
