Very nice rooms, great location, very clean

The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging. One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

This resort is everything but luxury. The elevators are cramped, the carpets are worn, premium alcohol costs extra, and even towel exchanges are restricted. There is no option to get bottled water in a glass bottle, so guests are expected to use the tap water provided on the floors. Even the suites do not have proper coffee machines, just a bottle of water and cheap packet coffee. The whole experience feels extremely basic. Calling this a three star hotel would honestly be generous. On top of that the Italian specialty, joke restaurant charges $28 for tricolor filet mignon which supposed to come with multi color side dishes and it comes by itself and it’s overcooked zero Service zero character. Please do not stay in this resort if you could help it it’s horrible once you realize you’re paying for 5 Star Pl. and you get a Amo Holiday Inn three star experience.

We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada

The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout.

We had one of the most amazing experience. The staff is so nice and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible , the room was very clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Spa was fantastic. Service was excellent. Hotel is dated as seen by peeling wallpaper, a phone next to toilet that is inoperable and low budget art on the walls.
