Några dagar i Luneburg

Överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Ytterst trevlig och tjänstvillig personal, gott kaffe till gästernas förfogande, fräscht rum med vacker utsikt i en gammal kulturmiljö. Stort parkeringshus intill hotellet och vissa möjligheter framför hotellet.

Sehr schönes Hotel

Mit viel Geschmack renoviertes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter-innen. Im Foyer konnte man sich kostenlos Kaffee und Tee (Sehr gut) holen . Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ratsmühle! Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, und die schöne Altstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt für einen Spaziergang und um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, und das Badezimmer mit Dusche war dem Hotelstil entsprechend gestaltet und sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir die verschiedenen Kaffeesorten, die rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung standen – perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit zwischendurch. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel Ratsmühle nur weiterempfehlen!.

Super - Pesonal - Hotel - Lage - Super

Super-netter Empfang, ich fühlte mich sofort gut aufgehoben. Piccobello sauber. Lage perfekt in der Nähe des Wasserturms, der Altstadt, des Lüneburger Museums. Sollte ich nochmal nach Lüneburg kommen, würde ich definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Wir waren übers Wochenende zu zweit in einem Doppelzimmer im Souterrain untergebracht. Uns hat die zentrale Lage der Ratsmühle in der Altstadt mit hoteleigenem Parkplatz (10 €/Tag) sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß genug, das hübsche Bad etwas zu klein. Insgesamt geschmackvoll und edel wirkend eingerichtet, Schönes, gehoben anmutendes Ambiente im ganzen Haus, besonders chic der Empfang mit stylischer Wohnzimmeratmosphäre, frische Blumen inklusive, sehr ansprechend. Die Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein ruhiges Hotel mit zurückhaltendem Komfort. Der Aufzug wirkt in der Handhabung umständlich und ist klein, aber immerhin gibt es einen. Es ist noch Luft nach oben, alles in allem jedoch ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Uns hat es für 3 Tage gut gefallen. Wer nicht 24/7 das Rauschen des Mühlenwassers direkt neben sich hören möchte, sollte sich ein weiter entferntes Zimmer buchen. Wir waren sehr nah am Wasserfall, es hat uns jedoch wenig bis gar nicht gestört. Wir haben die wunderbare Aussicht und die Schönheit der Ilmenau genossen! Wir konnten die wunderschöne Altstadt mühelos zu Fuß erreichen und sind nach unseren Unternehmungen gerne in unser Hotel zurückgekehrt.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Keurig nog nieuw hotel, mooie kamers. Heel vriendelijk personeel, fantastische ligging. Gratis koffie bij receptie. Wel paar verbeter puntjes: heel mooi die verduisterende gordijnen, maar wel te smal. En lawaai van hard dichtslaande hotelkamer deuren. Misschien de deur dranger iets vriendelijker afstellen. Maar verder alles in orde zou zeker weer heen gaan
