Room was clean and temperature excellent. Staff was nice and helpful and the stay included complementary breakfast with many allergy free options. I would recommend it for its proximity to main bus lines (to historical centre and university) as well as many restaurants!

Perfect room for 2. Locations was amazing everything was just a walk away. We loved the room so much, being able to cook our own food was so nice. It was cheaper than some hotels I was looking at and much bigger. Me and my fiancé will definitely have to stay here again!

I stayed at the hotel twice this month. I mentioned to the front desk person that the hand sanitizer by the second floor elevator was not dispensing product during my first stay and the dispenser by the fourth floor elevator was not dispensing product during my second stay. In both instances the person said they would have it dealt with. I checked both dispensers as I was leaving and neither had been refilled. Neither person at the front desk seemed concerned or genuinely wanted to help.. I doubt I will stay at this property again as there are several hotels in the area.

Room was very good. Property has many updates. Loved the granite floors in the hallway. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is very good value. Comfy bed, good breakfast.
