The staff were very friendly and the price was good. However, the room had mosquitoes. There are windows above the door leaking lights from the corridor that disturbed good night sleep. The shower water was hot but turned cold quickly.

Lovely place off the beaten track. Beautiful views and morning visits to your balcony by the monkeys. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Rooms were to a high standard whilst remaining authentic. I’d highly recommend staying here.

we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium. Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need. the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost. we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon! Thanks so much to Paschal and all the team!

We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
