Hotel Riu Palace Zanzibar - All Inclusive
The rooms were clean, the staff were so kind and welcoming and the food was fantastic. We wound up extending our stay for a couple extra nights due to flight cancellations and reception, specifically Khasim, were so gracious and accomodating.

Tanzanite Beach Resort
The housekeeping was exceptional. The staff were kind. Views were phenomenal. However we did not have a shower head that worked properly. After three attempts in reporting it and nothing done, on our last day the house keeping staff finally took initiative to get it replaced.
