Clean room lovely buffet breakfast only downside is this is 2nd time I stayed there and both times pool was closed for maintenance

This is a tough review for sure. Let’s start with the amazing. The STAFF it’s absolute first class amazing. The food at the Q restaurant is very good. The morning breakfast is amazing!!The location is perfect for getting around. Now the BAD We were upgraded to Room 704 which is a family suite. Beautiful room. Unfortunately the smart TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent. We did asked to transfer rooms which ended up being 401. Much smaller room with the queen bed but at least the Wi-Fi worked. Unfortunately the TV did not work again.. NO hot water for our shower . I just couldn’t bring myself to complain anymore. For the amount of money paid. There should be no issues with having a working TV, working Wi-Fi and a hot water shower.

Room was a bit dirty. Around and under the bed. The bathroom smelled of sewage. All electronic appliances were completely worn out. The refrigerator did little to cool anything inside it. Instead it just made a moderate unpleasant noise. The air conditioner was worse. It has no temperature control, so it could only do too cold or off. And the noise while running was so high it could cause hearing damage. It sounded like a rock shaker. Check in was fine. The shared room structure was a bit strange. Nice convenience store right down the street. Has all the basics you might need.
