The Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size for a property near the airport. The complimentary shuttle service is a bonus. Good breakfast. Use the advertised cell number through WhatsApp for the best communication with the hotel.

Disgusting rooms got moved to another room due to how bad the first room was , 2nd one was just as bad, had to get our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and room. Staff stand screaming at each other in the hallways with no regard to any of the people in the rooms, buffet breakfast was cold with some of the items visibly there for a long period of time I Wouldn't serve it to my dog . Had a extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off and was making a massive noise to which the maintenence teams solution was sticking toilet paper in it and telling us thats all he can do

This property is well secured and they make you aware of how security is a priority. The shuttle was great, the staff was helpful. Lizwe, a staff member of the restaurant, was very helpful in informing us a good time to go for dinner & breakfast. She provided great service, also. While we were there, there were 200+ high school girls with their coaches (for a Netball Tournament). Dinner and breakfast was excellent. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Dinner was flavorful, plentiful and reasonably priced. I had the stuffed chicken breast with potato and veggies. My husband had the steak pasta.
