Beautiful, clean, spacious suite - exceeded expectations! Less expensive and better value than anything we looked at in downtown Victoria. Enjoyed our breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the woods and golf course. Very comfortable bed. Also loved the soaker tub and bath products.

This is a very nice property. My only issue is that the staff seems to avoid the guests and are not generally available for help for things like when the coffee cups run out. We never met the hosts, which is unusual for a farm stay setting. You check in and get a key code via text or email. There are signs encouraging guests to walk around the premises and see the animals. But no map is provided indicating where the property borders are. Overall, a pleasant stay, but strange.

Conveniently located place in Victoria. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. The Palms restaurant and bar was nice, with good food and very nice prices on alcoholic beverages. We would recommend the place. Just be mindful of the area around downtown. As a first time visitor to Victoria, we were surprised by the number of drugged out, homeless people wandering around city hall.

Beautiful view and spotless

Staff was great in accommodating an early check in for me. The room was really nice, clean, spacious and modern. I really enjoyed the little coffee bar they had in the lobby. Just something to note if you are sensitive to noise is that you could hear a bit of the noise from bars downstairs as it was a Friday night. Otherwise I’d stay here again if I were to visit Victoria again.
