This place was really cool. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and an old school vibe. Loved the games room and breakfast.

Excellent location! Walkable to all the sites in the heart of Victoria. We liked that the hotel room felt like an apartment with the bedroom up in the loft. It was perfect for our family of 4 (with the kids sharing the fold out couch).

Stayed on the 4th floor, At 5pm the room was lite up because there was a window in the ceiling. Pissed off customer

Firstly, the Days Inn at Uptown Victoria is a motel not hotel as listed. Our rooms were accessed from the outside which made feeling secure a little less. The rooms are dated, with the toilet being small and lower to the ground and the tub very small. The sink was outside of the bathroom and located beside the bed. The bedding was clean but the beds are situated on a metal skirting that made a tin can popping sound every time you moved and the A/C was right beside the one bed making it hard to sleep in because of the air flowing over. There was no way to divert the air so we ended up using only one bed. If you turn off the A/C it got very stuffy. The TV is cable only with one movie channel. This was all easily tolerated but the floors were very dirty, not understanding why our socks were so black. I thought it was from our shoes but it was all around, not just where we walked.
