"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. "The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality."

"We had a great stay at the Costa Azul, the only problem for us (and it was totally out of the hotels control ) is that they are doing road works right outside. Apparently it has been going on for 2 years. If we knew about we would have booked a room at the back of the hotel."
