Booked a suite, which was nice, but it was not as nice as advertised. Staff were friendly enough, but in general, it was mostly an average experience. But it is right on point for the cost of the hotel, and there is no need to worry about the hotel's amenities too much with it close to all that Lund has to offer.

My original booking was for two nights (Aug. 1 and Aug. 2), but when my daughter got to the hotel before we arrived, she told a young woman employee that we would need THREE nights, and the employee indicated she would take care of added a third night. However, Sunday night our keys would not let us in the door, and we had to go to the Grand Hotel in the rain and wait quite awhile for the front desk to accommodate other guests to get our issue resolved. Evidently we were charged more because the third night was not done through booking .com. I feel we should be refunded the difference between the booking. com rate and the hotel rate since my daughter was not told we would have to go back into booking .com to add a third night.

Staff exhibited higher level of professionalism. Room was superb & clean. Fast internet access. Location, Location, Location! Hotel is steps away from Lund Central Station. Very safe & walkable neighborhood with easy access to historic sites, the University main campus, restaurants, cafes, stores, public transportation.

Very satisfied and grateful customers.

We particularly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team. Also the availability of the downstairs sitting area (and tea) throughout the day. Location was excellent for our needs.
